Good morning, Red Bluff will be at Red Bluff Masons from 7:50-9am on Thursday, October 27 at 822 Main St.

The Tehama County Board of Supervisors voted to allocate $1 million to the COVID relief grant program for small businesses in Tehama County. An additional $1 million has also been allocated for non-profit organizations (501c3 and 501c19) in Tehama County. Supervisors voted for the Red Bluff-Tehama County Chamber of Commerce to administer the grant program.

In about two weeks, the chamber will have applications open on its website, Those eligible to apply are Tehama County businesses with 20 or fewer employees that have been negatively impacted by COVID from March 3, 2021 to the present. The application for Tehama County nonprofits will also be on the chamber’s website at that time.

Prizes for eligible small businesses will be $10,000 chosen by lottery. Eligible nonprofit organizations will be selected through the lottery system for grants of up to $49,999. Clear and strong documentation of need is required and there will also be a strict vetting process to ensure the eligibility of selected grant recipients.

Holly Trolley Christmas

The Downtown Red Bluff Business Association and the Red Bluff Chamber recently announced that “A Holly Trolley Christmas” is the theme for this year’s Red Bluff Christmas Parade at 5:30 pm on Saturday, November 26.

Get your plan, friends and lots of lights and enjoy this great Christmas tradition.

Trolleybuses will participate in this year’s parade with lights and decorations.

Parade Saturday is also National Small Business Saturday. Get out early and support local shopping.
